in the wake of October 7
Explore and create artwork that serves as a medium for understanding and commemorating the resiliency of individuals and communities in the face of historical trauma. Focus specifically on The Holocaust and its connection to the theme of resilience observed since October 7. Through artistic expression, students will delve into the narratives of survival, courage, and perseverance, fostering empathy, reflection, and a deeper understanding of the human capacity for resilience in the face of adversity.

The Power of Pidyon Shvuyim (Rescuing Captives)
Students will gain a profound comprehension of the Jewish principle of Pidyon Shvuyim (rescuing captives) and its importance. They will also develop a sense of hope for the safe return of Israeli hostages in Gaza while simultaneously cultivating an appreciation for acts of courage. Click here.
